Roof Service Technician

Our client, a leader in the commercial roofing industry, is seeking a Roof Service Technician to join their team. As a Roof Service Technician, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting various roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a hands-on approach to work, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Rochester, MN

Pay Range : $55,000-$73,000

Shift : Day Shift, Perm Opportunity

What's the Job?

Respond to leak repair calls in a timely and professional manner

Inspect, diagnose, and locate leaks on EPDM, TPO, and PVC roofs

Perform roof repairs efficiently and effectively

Document findings and repairs accurately

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and project managers

What's Needed?

Prior experience working with EPDM, TPO, and PVC roofing materials is required

Proven ability to identify and repair roof leaks on commercial systems

Familiarity with roofing safety procedures and OSHA regulations

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
