Senior Manager, Field Medical Affairs

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Field Medical Affairs, to join our team and strengthen our partnerships with experts in Oncology. In this role, you will engage with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and investigators, serving as a trusted scientific resource and strategic partner. You'll play a meaningful role in crafting the understanding of Regeneron's therapies, supporting clinical development and investigator-initiated research, and contributing to impactful product launches. A Typical Day :

• Building and handling relationships with KOLs in Oncology.
• Acting as a primary clinical / scientific contact for HCPs and investigators.
• Sharing medical insights to advise strategy and development plans.
• Supporting clinical trial execution by identifying investigators and trial sites.
• Collaborating on abstracts, posters, and manuscripts to communicate data.
• Contributing to investigator-initiated study programs and research collaborations.
• Attending medical congresses to gather and report competitive intelligence.
• Partnering cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Market Access.

This Role May Be For You If :

To be considered, you should bring at least 5 years of field medical or medical manager experience in biotech or pharma, with a strong background in oncology, ideally in immuno-oncology. Drug launch experience and established KOL relationships are highly valued. You should also have solid knowledge of treatment guidelines, clinical research, and EU regulations. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to travel up to 70% are essential.
