Key Responsibilities
As the Program Director - ICC , you will oversee clinical and operational aspects of BHN's Community Service Agency (CSA) programs to ensure the delivery of high-quality, Wraparound-based services to youth and families in the catchment area. You will work in partnership with the Family Support and Training Program Director and provide administrative and clinical leadership for the ICC team.
Administrative Oversight
Ensure day-to-day operations and compliance with licensing, regulatory, and funder standardsServe as liaison to internal departments and external partners, including funders and payorsOversee staff hiring, training, and evaluation in collaboration with division leadershipLead recruitment and retention efforts and maintain team performance expectationsManage quality improvement initiatives and fidelity measurement requirementsOrganize and facilitate System of Care meetings and other collaborative effortsRespond to complaints, on-call needs, and escalated issuesClinical Oversight
Provide ongoing clinical supervision and consultation to direct care and supervisory staffEnsure implementation of the program's clinical philosophy, standards, and policiesGuide team development and adherence to Wraparound modelSupport service coordination across internal and external providersOversee staff development, training, and clinical documentation qualitySupport internship / practicum placements and sign off on assessments as neededWho You Are
You have a Master's degree in a mental health-related fieldYou hold independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.)You are certified in the Massachusetts CANS or willing to become certified upon hireYou have at least 5 years of post-graduate experience working with youth and familiesYou bring 3+ years of supervisory and / or program management experienceYou have experience in home-based or Wraparound services (preferred)You are organized, collaborative, and skilled in managing staff and service systemsYou bring strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsYou are proficient with electronic documentation systems and email communicationYou have a valid driver's license and reliable transportationAbout BHN
