A company is looking for a Workday Recruiting & Talent Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades
Configure the Workday module to meet business requirements and conduct testing for accuracy and compliance
Provide training and support on Workday functionality and maintain compliance with audit standards
Required Qualifications
Over five (5) years of Workday configuration experience, specifically within Recruiting and Talent
At least two (2) years of experience in human resources
Experience supporting Workday in a global organization
Experience creating job aids and participating in change management activities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and data security standards for HR-related information
