Sales Manager

Fish Window Cleaning is hiring a Sales Manager to help us grow our commercial window cleaning business across the Salt Lake City area. This is a hands-on sales leadership role where you’ll write estimates, close accounts, and lead a team of 1–4 sales reps. Compensation Package :

$15 / hour base pay

$3 per estimate written

10% commission on new accounts closed

2% override on all team sales

Realistic first-year earnings :

o $50K with 1 sales rep at 4% close rate

o $91K with 4 sales reps at 10% close rate

Responsibilities :

Write ~50 commercial estimates per week

Close recurring B2B window cleaning contracts

Recruit, train, and manage up to 4 sales reps

Track sales metrics and improve performance

Coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure service delivery

Qualifications :

2+ years sales experience (B2B preferred)

Leadership or team management experience

Confident communicator and goal-setter

Highly organized and self-motivated

Valid driver’s license
