A company is looking for an AR Representative III.
Key Responsibilities
Manage extensive communication with customers regarding past-due invoices and resolve AR-related concerns
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational accuracy and provide clients with necessary documentation
Independently manage accounts receivable, lead calls for aged receivables, and provide training to junior representatives
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Finance (corporate / B2B preferred)
Above average 10-key speed and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Flexible team player available to work overtime when required
