Key Responsibilities
Lead 1 : 1 and group training sessions for customers on digital marketing tools
Conduct periodic check-ins to ensure client adoption and success
Manage client communications and provide timely responses to inquiries
Required Qualifications
Prior customer service or support experience
Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills
Experience in teaching or customer service preferred
Familiarity with Hubspot and video conferencing software preferred
Ability to work in a distraction-free environment with reliable internet access
