Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming calls / Alarms, triaging needs and coordinating appropriate assistance
Ensure professional and caring customer interactions to maintain high service levels
Update Subscriber data in the management system and troubleshoot service issues as needed
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required (GED)
Experience in a Call Center or Customer Service environment
Basic Computer and Microsoft Windows skills
Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
