Cash Applications Specialist

Location : Hialeah, FL

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Seeking a Cash Applications Specialist to support daily finance operations by posting and reconciling incoming payments and assisting with bank and cash management activities. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who is comfortable working with high-volume transactions in a structured finance environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Apply incoming payments (ACH, wire, checks, credit cards) to customer accounts
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and balance cash receipts
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with procedures
• Support internal teams with cash application and reconciliation processes

Qualifications :

2+ years of experience in cash applications, accounts receivable, or finance support

Experience with SAP (S / 4HANA preferred)

Strong Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)

High attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volume

Comfortable working with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment

Preferred :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

Basic understanding of accounting principles
