Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support ABA services in the Charlotte, NC region. This role includes providing individualized behavior analytic services, supervising clinical staff, and supporting long-term growth as our presence in the area expands.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop ABA treatment plans
Provide supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs
Deliver caregiver education and clinical support
Analyze data and modify programming as needed
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
Support regional leadership with quality initiatives and program development
Requirements
Active BCBA certification
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Eligible for NC LBA
Strong communication and professionalism
Reliable transportation
