Description

• Conduct evaluations of patients in inpatient and outpatient settings and formulate tailored treatment plans

• Engage in care team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to promote coherent care pathways

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
