Air Traffic Controller AI Trainer

A company is looking for an Air Traffic Controller - AI Trainer (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate AI model outputs based on professional experience in air traffic control

Develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect air traffic control tasks

Provide structured feedback to improve AI understanding of workplace language and tasks

Required Qualifications

At least 4 years of professional experience in air traffic control or related fields

Experience in coordinating and managing aircraft movement within assigned airspace

Ability to issue landing and take-off instructions and monitor aircraft using radar

Willingness to participate in asynchronous work with AI labs

Eligibility for work authorization, such as CPT or OPT for F-1 students, may apply
