Software Engineering Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Software.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project schedules and work plans for software engineering projects

Maintain communication and relationships with stakeholders and provide updates on project progress

Identify risks and manage resources to ensure project objectives are met within quality standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred

5-7 years of experience in project management, particularly in software development

Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum

Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA or Trello

Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are preferred
