Fi is looking for a Visual and Motion Designer!

Fi is looking for a multidisciplinary designer who can bring our brand to life through both motion and static design. This role requires a true hybrid : someone confident animating in After Effects and equally skilled at building clean thoughtful visual design systems. One day youll create short-form motion for a product launch the next youll design static assets across paid social email print or product surfaces.

This role is for an experienced designer whos equally comfortable with production precision and creative concepts and explorationsomeone who can think big present convincingly execute cleanly move fast and still find moments to push the work further.

What Youll Do :

• Design : Creating holistic brand systems shaping campaigns brand communications and digital experiences.
• Motion and Animation : Supplement ongoing design work with sharp motion graphics that can really make our overall design sing.
• Support campaigns : Bring concepts to life across video social web email and paid channels.
• Handle day-to-day requests : Field marketing and lifecycle design needs delivering production-ready assets on time and on brand.
• Adapt & extend creative : Resize reformat and iterate on existing assets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Strengthen the system : Help refine Fis motion and design guidelines to ensure a cohesive identity across channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally : Partner with designers copywriters and marketing leads to deliver polished effective work

$90000 - $135000 a year

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90000$135000. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors including skills experience market conditions and role scope which may evolve during the hiring process. As a fast-growing Series B startup Fi evaluates compensation opportunistically to align with the right candidate. This role is also eligible for equity compensation.
