Key Responsibilities :

• Receive and log incoming packages with attention to detail.
• Organize packages by resident and apartment number to facilitate quick retrieval.
• Respond to resident inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain package room cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere to building protocols for package security and confidentiality.
