We are seeking a highly driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our rapidly evolving and fast-growing organization during an exciting period of transformation. This role offers exceptional visibility-reporting directly to the VP of Finance-and provides a strong runway for advancement.

In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the integration of multiple businesses, streamlining reporting processes, and bringing together complex data sets. The work will be challenging and highly analytical in the near term, with the opportunity to help shape more efficient, scalable financial processes as the company continues to mature.

What you will do :

• Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc.) considering company's goals and financial standing.
• Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
• Provide business analysis support for various functions of the business including sales and operations.
• Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.
• Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and process analysis.
• Conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative performance and develop forecast models.
• Identify trends, advise company, and recommend actions based on sound analysis.
• Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.
• Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
• Provide support to financial controllers during Month End Close process, including reconciliation and analysis.
• Prepare monthly updates to reporting requirements for the company's lenders.
• Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field.
• Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope.
• Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
• Prepares and delivers comprehensive evaluations, proposals, and recommendations to executive leadership, committees, and other stakeholders.

What you will bring :

Education / Experience :

Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or related field; 5 to 7 years related experience

and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates and Licenses : A recognized professional accounting qualification is preferred
