Position Summary :

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in a key role responsible for maintaining and enhancing Logistics Operations with our Third Party warehouses and Nespresso. As a Logistics Operations Specialist, you will be an integral part of our NCE (Nestle Continuous Excellence) initiative, actively monitoring KPIs, ensuring compliance, conducting audits, providing exceptional internal customer service, and leading process improvement and cost savings projects.

In this dynamic position, your primary focus will be on Logistics Resource Planning, ensuring optimal capacity, maintaining compliance, and driving NCE principles throughout the logistics operations. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities :

Marketing and Promotions - Logistics Resource Planning

• Key logistics support for marketing and promotional activity by collaborating in weekly activity meetings
• Leads daily order volume forecasting for 3PL and tracks 3PL daily order fulfillment performance
• Ensures 3PL has all promotional details and that inventory is in place at all DCs time of promotion
• Escalates operational related issues to leadership prior to promotion to limit cost and complaint issues

Compliance - Safety, Quality, Audits, Internal Controls

NCE - Ops Reviews, OMP, Process Improvement

Operations and Consumer Complaints

Experience & Education Requirements :

The approximate pay range for this position is $73,000.00 to $83,000.00 . Please note that thepay rangeprovided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
