Key Responsibilities
Partner with internal clients and technical SMEs to develop and deliver training programs
Provide technical consulting and support for training maintenance and delivery
Identify learning objectives and design effective learning solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Health Care / Training experience required
Supervisory and leadership skills
Experience in instructional design and training practices
Experience in HealthCare or managed care organizations preferred
