Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im E-Commerce in einer der folgenden Positionen : E-Commerce Project Manager (m / w / d), Key Account Manager (Marketplace / E-Commerce), Brand Manager (E-Commerce / Digital), Growth Marketing Manager (m / w / d), E-Commerce Consultant (m / w / d). Praktische Berufserfahrung in der EU, idealerweise in Deutschland. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau C1). Erfahrung im Umgang mit Marktpltzen (Amazon, eBay, Ozon, Wildberries, Etsy u. a.). Kenntnisse im Produktkatalogmanagement, in Beschaffung, Logistik und Preisgestaltung. Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen und Integrationen (z. B. Bitrix, HubSpot, RetailCRM). Grundkenntnisse in Excel / Google Sheets, Analyse- und BI-Tools. Verstndnis von Nachhaltigkeitstrends und Prinzipien des nachhaltigen E-Commerce ist von Vorteil. Fhigkeit, komplexe Prozesse klar und strukturiert zu erklren. Hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Flexibilitt und Kundenorientierung. Remote-Arbeit von berall auf der Welt. Stundensatz : 2545?. Tasks
- Unterricht von Studierenden in den Grundlagen und der Logik des E-Commerce-Geschfts, Produktmanagement, Prozesssteuerung und Verkaufsanalyse auf Online-Marktpltzen.
- Entwicklung und Durchfhrung praxisorientierter Online-Unterrichseinheiten unter Verwendung aktueller Tools und Fallbeispiele.
- Vermittlung zentraler Geschftsprozesse : Produktkatalogmanagement, Preisgestaltung, Einkauf, Logistik und CRM-Integrationen.
- Leitung des Moduls "Vertrieb und Kundenservice (Teil 1)" : Erklrung des Sales Funnels, der wichtigsten Kennzahlen (AOV, Conversion Rate, LTV, ROI) sowie des Zusammenspiels von Marketing und Vertrieb.
- Untersttzung der Teilnehmenden beim Erwerb praktischer Fhigkeiten und beim Verstndnis von E-Commerce-Tools.
