The Role

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build, scale, and evolve the core Mithrl product. This is a highly product-oriented engineering role with deep ownership across frontend, backend, and system design. You will work closely with product, design, ML, and scientific teams to turn complex scientific workflows into intuitive, high-performance software used daily by world-class researchers.

As a senior engineer, you will be responsible not just for execution, but for technical direction, architectural decisions, and setting engineering standards . You will own features end-to-end, from initial concept through production, iteration, and scale. This role requires strong full-stack engineering fundamentals, a bias toward shipping, and the ability to operate comfortably in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Compensation Range : $175K - $220K
