Salary : $55,000 - $68,000 annually
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our expanding operations team. This role plays an important part in maintaining accurate records, updating client and transaction data, and supporting internal reporting processes related to underwriting, claims, and compliance.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, meticulous, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and update policy and client data in our internal databases and reporting systems.
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Assist with digital asset transaction reconciliation and record maintenance.
- Support the compliance and risk management teams by ensuring all data meets regulatory and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Underwriting, Operations, and Technology.
- Prepare summary reports and assist in generating performance dashboards as needed.
