Manager Of ARH Institute Learning Systems And Content
The Manager of ARH Institute Learning Systems and Content supports organizational learning, employee engagement, and communication initiatives through management of digital platforms and the creation of engaging content. This position plays a key role in maintaining learning systems, producing branded training and multimedia resources, and delivering professional presentations that align with ARH culture, compliance, and regulatory requirements. The role also provides cross-training and backup support for the Learning Management System (LMS), partnering with Organizational Education to ensure continuity in training operations.
Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of digital communication platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and intranet / SharePoint tools.
Demonstrated ability to design and produce creative content, including training guides, multimedia presentations, videos, and e-learning modules.
Proficiency with software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, Microsoft Office, and other digital design / learning platforms.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design best practices, and training delivery methods.
Ability to interpret and apply organizational branding, compliance, and regulatory requirements to communication and training content.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate across departments.
Analytical ability to evaluate participation data, compliance training metrics, and engagement outcomes.
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to develop innovative communication and training solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with HR, Marketing, IT, Clinical Education, and leadership teams.
Flexibility to serve as backup administrator for LMS operations and provide support during peak demand or staff absence.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Instructional Design, Education, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
Minimum Work Experience : Minimum of three (3) years of experience in digital communications, instructional design, learning technologies, or related field. Healthcare experience preferred.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities : Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with digital design and learning tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, SharePoint, LMS).
