Office Admin Job Description
Swim Club Management Group is looking to fill the role of Administrative Assistant. Please see the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal candidate, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all the qualifications but have sufficient experience and talent.
Responsibilities :
- Work with Salesforce to manage companies information
- Assist with billing through Salesforce for repairs, renovations, etc.
- Assist recruiters with hiring, events, uniforms, etc.
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time-management skills
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Interpersonal skills
