Accounting Clerk II

Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Support Specialist to join our accounting team. This fully remote position supports daily bookkeeping and billing functions, ensuring accurate financial records and timely invoicing. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and prior experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform bookkeeping functions within the accounting department, including posting financial data and maintaining records related to costs of goods, services, and shipments

Prepare itemized statements, bills, and invoices for goods and services rendered

Record and track amounts due for purchases and services

Verify the accuracy of billing data and resolve discrepancies or errors as needed

Maintain organized and accurate financial records in accordance with company policies

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Qualifications :

3 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related role

Degree in Accounting preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Proficiency with accounting systems and basic financial principles

Strong organizational and communication skills
