A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Academy Program Manager who will oversee training development and delivery for Revenue Cycle operations.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend training solutions and program improvements
Develop, maintain, and deliver curriculum to support revenue cycle operations
Analyze key performance indicators to identify training opportunities and improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education / experience
Five years of progressively responsible training program planning and / or implementation experience
Demonstrated skills in curriculum development and delivery for adult learning
Familiarity with Revenue Cycle operations and practices
Ability to develop and implement training plans for various employee levels
