Schedule Details :

Self-Scheduled

Shift : 3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 : 30 AM)

FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts)

2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule

1 Weekend per 6-week schedule

2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter)

RNs will receive training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and will be cross-trained as Charge RN

Position Highlights : Join our float pool to gain experience in various units including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU, allowing for a diverse work experience and opportunities for skill enhancement.

Role Responsibilities :

Float between various medical units providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Adjust quickly to new workflows while ensuring clinical excellence.

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 18 months in Med / Surg or Telemetry; 2 years preferred.

Flexibility : Willingness to work based on a 6-week schedule : 2 Fridays, 2 Mondays, and 1 weekend.

Training & Skills :

Receive comprehensive training including ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse responsibilities.

Your responsibilities will include assessing and implementing comprehensive patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and promoting a safe and efficient care environment. You will utilize evidence-based practices and actively participate in discharge planning and quality improvement initiatives.

Licenses & Certifications Required :

Registered Nurse license for the state of practice.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Education : Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Skills & Abilities : Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking abilities; proficient in electronic medical records; capable of collaborating effectively with a diverse team.
