As we rapidly expand, we are looking for exceptional individuals to join our team. The Referral Specialist plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service and is focused on patient care.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating and processing patient referrals with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring a smooth referral process in collaboration with patients, families, insurance representatives, and medical staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and complete patient referrals promptly and accurately.
• Prioritize referrals for patients in the Primary Care Physician’s panel and ensure timely scheduling.
• Utilize web-based systems to generate authorizations and document procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their appointments and follow-up needs.
• Participate in team huddles, providing updates on patient referrals and needs.
• Ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
• Perform other related duties as necessary to support team objectives.
