GEO Lead

A company is looking for a GEO Lead (Generative Engine Optimization).

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute GEO strategy for generative search ecosystems in partnership with the Director, SEO & ASO

Translate LLM behaviors and AI search features into actionable initiatives and product enhancements

Collaborate with teams to optimize content structure and monitor KPIs related to AI search visibility

Required Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in SEO, digital strategy, or technical search optimization for enterprise-level websites

Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI search, and information retrieval

Experience in designing measurement frameworks and KPIs for digital channels

Knowledge of structured data, schema markup, and API integration

Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and product teams
