GENERAL DESCRIPTION : The Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse delivers patient care under the guidelines of the specific state Nurse Practice Act and as appropriate to provide services in accordance with Agency policies under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
