Are you passionate about gaming, technology, and empowering the next generation? Join us as the Esports and Technology Specialist and help shape a cutting-edge Esports and tech experience at the Impact Center!

You'll lead exciting programs built around top titles like Fortnite, Rocket League, Minecraft, and Valorant, while also teaching digital skills that prepare youth for school, life, and future careers. In this role, you’re not just running games—you’re inspiring confidence, building teamwork, mentoring youth, and creating unforgettable experiences. Weekend tournaments and events add extra energy to this dynamic position.

Key Responsibilities

Program Development & Execution

• Lead fun, high-energy Esports sessions : practices, scrimmages, tournaments, and team challenges.
• Deliver a hands-on digital fluency curriculum that blends gaming, coding, media production, and tech exploration.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Esports and gaming trends to keep programs fresh and exciting.
• Organize and attend weekend tournaments, leagues, and special events.
• Build partnerships that connect youth to internships, college pathways, and career opportunities in gaming and tech.
