[job_card.job_description]Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring accountability Oversee month-end / year-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations Maintain GL and enforce internal controls Resolve cost / inventory discrepancies; lead cost accounting and variance analysis Prepare audit documentation; liaise with external auditors Develop budgets and financial models for strategic decisions Analyze operational metrics (costs, labor, CAPEX) and recommend improvements Support capital budgeting, ROI analysis, and new product / process evaluations Ensure compliance with tax filings and audits Drive continuous improvement in finance and operations Bachelor's degree in accounting / finance 3+ years of experience in the accounting / finance field Prior manufacturing experience GAAP knowledge ERP proficiency Advanced Excel skills CPA / CMA / MBA (preferred) 2+ years of leadership experience (preferred)
