We are seeking a Medical Director (DVM) who is passionate about clinical excellence, mentorship, and leadership. This role offers full-time scheduling flexibility with a unique rotation designed to support an outstanding work-life balance, including at least 2 consecutive days off every week and 5 days off in a row every 3 weeks. No after-hours emergency.

About the Role

The Medical Director will serve as the clinical leader of the hospital, setting and upholding medical standards while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. This role balances hands-on clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, including mentorship, quality of care oversight, and partnership with hospital management.

We welcome experienced veterinarians who are ready to step into leadership or seasoned Medical Directors seeking a supportive, well-resourced practice. Candidates must be licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Florida.
