Description

Didlake is currently hiring for a Lead Janitor ( Req #10059 ) at our Washington, DC, location. This is a full-time role offering $18.62 / hr , steady hours, and excellent benefits. We’re looking for someone dependable with leadership skills who enjoys helping others succeed while maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Shift : 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 30 PM (Full-Time)

  • Location : Washington, DC
  • Requirements : Must have a Real ID with a star, at least 1 year of custodial or maintenance experience, and the ability to use a cellphone / computer for basic reporting. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Lead and guide a small team in completing daily cleaning tasks

  • Support team performance and help build workplace skills
  • Ensure assigned areas remain clean, safe, and customer-ready
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Complete reports and basic documentation as needed
