Real Estate Photographer

We are a high-producing, fast-paced real estate team seeking a full-time, in-house Photographer to elevate the visual presence of our listings and brand. In this role, you will capture high-quality listing photography, create engaging property videos as needed, and capture general marketing content that supports our agents and overall brand presence. We are looking for someone with a strong eye for composition, detail, and visual storytelling. Real estate experience is required, but we are willing to coach and develop the right candidate who is eager to learn, improve, and take ownership of their craft.

Compensation

• Starting salary of $45,000+ annually, depending on experience

• Photograph all team listings (interior, exterior, detail shots)
• Capture and edit property videos when needed
• Capture content for social media and advertising
• Maintain consistent editing standards aligned with team branding
• Coordinate shoot schedules with agents, clients, and operations staff
• Ensure quick turnaround times for listing launches
• Organize and maintain digital photo and video files

• Experience in real estate photography
• Must provide all video and photography equipment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating composition, lighting, and editing skills
• Proficiency in photo editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop, etc)
• Basic video shooting and editing experience
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with agents and clients
• Detail-oriented with high standards for quality
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
