A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Coordinator (Contract) to support their talent acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate complex interview schedules for partner and experienced hire roles, managing interactions with hiring managers and candidates
Serve as the primary point of contact for interview logistics, ensuring an efficient experience for candidates and hiring leaders
Manage the new hire onboarding and background check process while maintaining data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Required Qualifications
4-6+ years of experience in a recruiting or HR coordinator role
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Strong proficiency in ATS, recruitment tools, and Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work EST hours preferred
