Work Schedule : Morning shift (7 : 30 AM – 4 PM). The ability to work every other Saturday and Sunday is required. Professional Growth : Gain valuable experience in a collaborative and mission-driven setting. Impactful Work : Contribute to improving patient outcomes in a skilled nursing facility. Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other staff to ensure quality care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Education : Practical Nursing Diploma or equivalent. Licensure : Active New York State LPN license (required). Experience : Must have at least one (1) year of experience in a nursing home. Technical Skills : Proficiency in skilled nursing care. Soft Skills : Compassionate, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills. Additional Requirement : Must be immune to Hepatitis B.
