Skills and Competencies Required
Proven working experience in project management in a complex, multidisciplinary environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills, consensus building skills
Familiarity with project management/task tracking software
Maturity and operational problem solving/decision making experience
Ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders and able to achieve results and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and creation of exceptional work products
Solid working knowledge and skills of/with Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel
Familiarity with/experience in Emergency Preparedness orhospital operationspreferred.
Completion of ICS/NIMS 100, 200, 700 and 800 courses, before or upon hire.

Working Conditions
This position will be hybrid innatureand the incumbent will work with their supervisor toestablisha final schedule; however, candidates shouldanticipatebeing on campus 3 days per week.
May berequiredto travel to offsite facilitiesand to attend meetings outside of regularly scheduled hours,as needed.
May berequiredto report to the hospital or offsite locations outside of normal business hours to respond to events that require emergency support.
Must be available by pager/cell phone outside of normal business hours during assigned on-call shifts.
May berequiredto work extended shifts for multiple periods during emergency events.
