• Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
• 15 to 25 patients per day with average of 18 to 20
• Outpatient neurology clinic
• Procedures include Botox injections and nerve blocks
• Temporary to permanent position available
• High-profile patient population requiring attentive care
• Focus on patient-centered care and self-management
