As an In-House Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in pre-qualifying and scheduling prospective guests and current owners for meetings with our sales representatives for vacation ownership presentations at our resorts.

Responsibilities include :

• Serving as a positive, professional brand ambassador, representing Hilton Grand Vacations.
• Acting as a concierge, offering local information to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborating with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of incoming guests.
• Greeting and presenting prospective customers, incentivizing them to attend a sales preview tour.
• Screening and qualifying potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Scheduling sales-tour reservations and collecting required deposits.
