Your Impact :

As a Partner youll manage a diverse caseload of WC matters across the lifecycle of a claim providing end-to-end case management and trusted advice to leaders and team members.

Drawing on your extensive WC expertise youll utilise your injury management and RTW knowledge to drive WC claims to a resolution ensuring outcomes are fair consistent and aligned with Goodstarts values.

Working closely with stakeholders across all levels youll balance multiple perspectives influence decision-making and build strong trust-based relationships. As part of a national team youll contribute to a positive inclusive culture simplify complexity and create Amazing Goodstarter Experiences every day.
