About the Role

Were looking for a resourceful and strategic individual to join our team as a Data this role you will be instrumental in supporting our model strategy by uncovering correlations between driver behavior (using telematics data) and key cost categories such as fuel maintenance and accidents. The insights and models produced will empower our advisory team to present data-driven recommendations to clients.

What Youll Do

• Analyze fleet related datasets to identify behavior patterns impacting fleet costs.
• Collaborate with Advisors to transform model output into actionable client insights.
• Present complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop statistical and machine learning models to correlate driver behavior with fuel consumption maintenance and accidents.
• Design and implement ETL processes for data ingestion transformation and preparation.
• Ensure data quality and model reliability through robust validation techniques.
• Support and maintain existing R Studio / Posit scripts to preserve legacy workflows and ensure smooth integration with modern systems.
• Stay current with industry trends in fleet telematics and predictive analytics.

Location : Hopkins MN

The hiring base salary range for this position is $61000 to $82000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individuals knowledge skills experience equity with other team members and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
