We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Technician for this part-time position. As a Cleaning Technician, you are responsible for cleaning a designated building or facility area, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and restroom maintenance. You will work with a team of experts in the line of work. Company culture is a big deal for us, so we are looking for friendly and hardworking individuals looking to excel and take on more responsibilities for future projects. Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• Work Experience: 1-3 years
• Ability to pass a Drug Test
• Ability to pass a routine background check
• Has a strong attention to detail
• Has the capacity to take direction
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision
• Willingness to work late night shifts
• High school diploma/GED required

Physical Requirements

• Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary
• Physically capable of standing on your feet for up to eight (8) hours
• Physically capable of kneeling down
• Physically capable of lifting arms overhead
• Physically capable to carry a backpack vacuum weighing up to 10 pounds
• Physically capable of pushing an upright vacuum
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals

Salary Description

$14/Hour
