Staff Machine Learning Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to design, train, and operate machine learning systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and operate scalable ML pipelines for data ingestion, feature generation, and model deployment

Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including data exploration, model design, and productionization

Continuously monitor model performance and implement automated retraining pipelines

Required Qualifications

8+ years of professional software engineering experience

5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI

Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow / PyTorch, and scikit-learn

Strong background in MLOps and data infrastructure

Experience deploying and maintaining ML models in production
