A company is looking for a Care Coordinator I to provide customer support and assist with inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, email, or instant messaging, serving as the primary contact for inbound customer issues
Process a high volume of customer inquiries related to products and services, resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries
Track and document inbound support requests, ensuring accurate customer information and follow-up on escalated issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
Equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience may be considered
Knowledge of the company's products and services to facilitate customer inquiries
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Familiarity with computer navigation and operation skills
