The Opportunity

In this cross-functional role of a Product BI Analyst, you will work with our customers to provide actionable insights by transforming raw data into customer outcomes. You will create accurate and insightful reporting and play a crucial role in helping to guide Canopy's data-driven strategies.

This can be a hybrid position in South Jordan, Utah (M, W, F in-office) or fully remote based from Utah.

What You'll Do

Data Analysis & Insight Generation

• Build and model reports, dashboards, and visualizations for Canopy Customers to help them operate their accounting firms.
• Translate high-level customer needs into consumable reports and data.
• Analyze complex data sets, providing insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• Use ThoughtSpot, SQL, Snowflake, Excel, and more to give customers visualizations when and where they need them.
• Use data to answer the difficult questions that no one else can.
