A company is looking for a Technology User Enablement Specialist to empower employees in using technology effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver training sessions and resources to enhance user confidence in enterprise tools
Collaborate on adoption strategies for new technologies and analyze metrics for continuous improvement
Act as a point of contact for user enablement questions, facilitating knowledge sharing and community building
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Communications, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of experience in technology training, user enablement, IT support, or change management
Proven ability to build relationships with diverse users, including executives
Strong working knowledge of enterprise collaboration tools like Microsoft 365 and Zoom
Ability to communicate complex topics in a user-friendly manner
