We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Assistant to join our Print & Ship team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the printing, packaging, and shipping of documents, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and attention to detail. As a Staff Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations within the Print & Ship department. You will be responsible for maintaining a HIPAA compliant, clean, and safe office space.

Key Responsibilities

• Printing, organizing, and preparing documents for shipping.
• Prepare, package, and label items for delivery to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain an organized inventory of supplies and materials for printing and shipping tasks.
• Operate printing and shipping equipment, including copiers, printers, scanners and packing tools.
• Manage daily inventory and ensure timely mailing of all items.
• Maintain clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and productivity.
• Notating accounts with tracking information.
• Orders mailing supplies via USPS website.
• Handles incoming mail, scans and files.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance as it relates to printing, documenting, storing and shredding of sensitive documents.
• Awareness of and adherence to Aspirion policy and procedures.
• Adheres to HIPAA compliance rules and regulations.
• Reports any violations relating to company policy protocol.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the department.

The US base pay range for this position starts at $15.00 hourly. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary, a competitive benefits package is offered.
