As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. Your visible presence and professionalism will contribute to a secure environment, while strong communication skills and a caring approach reflect our commitment to people-first values. Pay Rate : $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day

Time : Sat 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for potential issues within a technology and media environment.
  • Monitor access points and report any unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist visitors and employees with directions and information while maintaining a professional presence.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by site protocols.
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal team members to support a secure and welcoming environment for all occupants.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
