Manage store merchandising , inventory , and vendor partnerships. Develop a deep understanding of the sleep industry and products to help guests transform their lives. Motivated individuals eager to grow and contribute locally. Strong customer service and communication skills. Availability to work evenings and weekends. Bilingual is a plus but not required. Experience preferred but not required, we provide extensive training! Unlimited Earning Potential : Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses. Comprehensive Benefits : Medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid vacation and personal time off; employee purchase incentives. Work Environment : 8-10 hour shifts with a typical start time of 10 AM and end time of 8 PM.
