JOB SUMMARY
The Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of mobile crisis response teams and other behavioral health staff funded under the Illinois Program 590 and 591. This role ensures crisis services are delivered in accordance with state regulations, grant deliverables, and SAMHSA’s core principles of trauma-informed and recovery-oriented care. The Supervisor ensures 24 / 7 team coverage, monitors compliance and performance standards, and provides clinical oversight and support to crisis responders in the field.
We are hiring two Program Supervisors :
Program 590 – Responsible for both shifts (7 : 00 a.m.–7 : 00 p.m. and 7 : 00 p.m.–7 : 00 a.m.), working an 8-hour schedule, 5 days per week.
Program 591 – Responsible for both shifts (10 : 00 a.m.–10 : 00 p.m.), working an 8-hour schedule, 5 days per week.

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
Salary : $62,000-63,000
